They have turned a corner on customer service. The employees are friendly and helpful. This is way better than a year ago. Bravo.
Bad experience. Puchased fridge for my office, I let Home Depot know that I needed delivery during normal business hours, as we are an office and no one is there after normal business hours. They said that they would be able to accommodate. After waiting two weeks for the delivery, they said they don’t have any daytime deliveries, so I tried to pick one up at the store, and they said that they don’t keep them in stock. This has interfered with our work, something that could have been a non issue if the facts were communicated. Don’t reccomend.

Danielle in the Lock and Key department was the best and extremely helpful in getting me the deadbolt and keys I needed. She also re-keyed them so i could have one key for all of my locks. Cant tell you how nice this is and a great all around experience I had
Good for DIY projects. You need to know what you want and how it needs to be done before shopping here. The employees have little time to help.
