I think the measure of a good company is when things go wrong and how they respond. Our furniture unfortunately was one week late. As soon as it became apparent that there was a trucking problem from that point forward we were called multiple times a day by their customer service as
we feel that they deserve an A plus Rating based on their ability to solve problems. I highly recommend this company. the personnel are above average in every way. They are also returning some of the money for
well as the moving coordinator who could not have been more understanding, helpful and industrious in trying to find a new truck to bring our furniture. I must say we were treated with the utmost care and respect, every phone call was immediately returned. I was impressed with their ongoing effort to solve the trucking problem and get us our belongings. Even though we received our furniture later than expected
I was very impressed with the ease and organization of the whole moving experience from start to finish. The evaluation of my furniture and belongings was completed professionally and fairly. The packing of difficult items was done with care. The actual moving of my furniture and belongings was done with care and respect. Scheduling of pick up - loading and unloading -drop off was done accurately and explained clearly in detail. All parties adhered to the schedule set. Cost was reasonable and well worth it.
I will most certainly be using them again for any future moves.
Over and above, their prices are extremely reasonable. Out of the 3 companies I contacted, they gave me the least expensive quote. I even got a check back from them almost two weeks after delivery!
