Went above and beyond helping me pack the rest of my things. They were organized and diligent. Didn't take a break they really were focused and hard working. I will definitely use them again when moving !
I hired Hughes as a recommendation from a friend of mine. They were accommodating and very responsive. They knew exactly how many boxes I would need and the movers were super helpful and friendly-
We used two Hughes crews, one to pack, the other to move out our contents. Both crews were polite, neat, responsive, and efficient. I can recomend Hughes.
The worst part about this experience was dealing with their insurance agent. He told me to save everything that was destroyed so it could be inspected. I did. But he never came to inspect anything. Then he suggested that I packed that painting! I hate when people don’t take responsibility for their mistakes. But this company’s behavior was far worse than that – they blamed me, the injured party, for their mistake. This felt violating and kept me up a night. Beware. Hughes relocation services is the worst company I have ever dealt with for anything.
Good move. Great customer service; always answered questions promptly and courteously. Household goods treated well, and flooring covered prior to moving any heavy furniture or boxes. Goods delivered on time and in good condition.
I’ve never used a worse company for anything. They packed and moved my things. So much was destroyed because of their incompetence including my kitchen chairs, a fire pit, and an oil painting that was priceless to me! They didn’t use the right type of paper to wrap the oil painting – they just used regular craft paper. The art restorer I went to thought they were shameful to use that paper. He couldn’t restore the painting. It was a total lose.
Great people to work for,very understanding and pay is fare.Lots of over time and good workers that makes this place know for its hard work and name....
