Had a great experience with The Detail Shop today. I have a black car, and it had some spotting and swirling on the hood. Bob and his team were able to get the spots out, they performed a full detail, and my car looks like brand new! I highly recommend them!
I was pleasantly surprised. You can tell this company actually takes pride in its work - a rarity. I took my old car in for an interior conditioning. The company really put the time in to do the job right, I would say going above and beyond. The quality was great, and the price was reasonable. Mike the owner is the best. They also drop you off and pick you up to make things easier. One word of advice - plan enough time in the day for the car. I'd suggest a morning drop off rather than at noon which is what I did.
I had initially gone in with some skepticism but the (I think) owner put me at ease and was very friendly. He gave me a detailing estimate that was lower than what I was ready to pay. I usually keep my car's interior clean, so when I said I needed it steam cleaned, he advised me against it, saying I should save my money and just go for a deep vacuum. When I went back to collect the car in the evening, the owner actually reduced the final bill even more, admitting that they didn't have to struggle to clean my car's interior very much,hence the discount. The exterior detail was quite impressive too, although they did miss a couple of "pen-streaks" on my upholstery roof (don't ask me how I got that there). All in all, I felt it was quite a good value. I would definitely give them repeat business.
