I took my car in for a hand wash 2 months ago. I told the person that the car had a ceramic coating on the paint and the wheels and asked if that would be affected by any of the cleaners they use. He assured it would be no problem. Couldn't be further from the truth. The hand wash was poorly done; spots and streaks, etc. But the job done on the wheels ate away the ceramic protection and damaged the surface of the wheels. I had to return the car to the person who normally details my car and $400.00 later the wheels were about 95% back to where they were before the job at Blue Team. I called the owner, I stopped in and spoke to the owner and asked him to cover the cost of the repair. He declined. I called and email the corporate team and never got any response. It's been 2 months!! BOTTOM LINE: If you care about the appearance of your car; especially if it's a high line vehicle; AVOID THIS COMPANY AT AT ALL COST!!! Or it may cost you as it did for me.
The team was professional and did a fantastic job of washing and waxing my car. Great job!!!
Folks - I've never written a review before, but feel compelled to, due to the horrible experience I had at the Lansdale location and lack of response from the headquarters of this company.
They do a FANTASTIC job of hand washing your car and cleaning the interior. Well worth the $35 dollars!
The best car wash in the area, the level of customer service is outstanding.
I will not be going here anymore. I've been here several times and no problems, yet the last time I went the woman who cleaned the inside and outside of my car must of been wearing a ring, she put scratches on the windshield of my car which is 9 months old, the interior is now covered with random scratches all over the place. 38$ for interior/exterior wash and I get a clean car with a whole bunch of scratches? The price is high to begin with and now this? I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
