Had great experience here. Rented van for a trip to SC had since it was my first time made alot of rookie mistakes and added alot of stuff I didn't need or wanted. The stuff was kind enough to work with me and take care of the charges.

Having offsite parking is annoying as are the "$20 fake toll charges" that get billed after each rental even though I use my own EZPass. Hours are convenient.

The staff in a word is...AWESOME!!!! Sometimes, I forget to reserve a car and I'll walk in and one will STILL be ready! From Dan, Alex, Nick, Matt, and everyone there, they are all hard working professionals who make stuff happen every day.
