I am very very very happy with the service every time I go there even if I wait a little bit in the queue . Where are worth waiting for because they treat me with respect, courtesy, and they're very kind.
Because I commute to Philadelphia every day, I leave before any post office opens and return after most post offices close. Lansdale's extended hours on Saturday provide me and many others the solution to this. The post office crew is effective, efficient and friendly. They turn postal chores into postal possibilities. Dec,2017...had a very negative experience there in lansdale pa,at 230 pm .a heavy set woman was nasty to me, acted like what I asked for,a priority envelope, didn't exist,tried to make me send an important letter in a plain envelope,and the cards I wanted to mail she told me "may not get where there being mailed to" so I took my business else where,after telling her just a jerk she is...will never go back....this is the 1st time in 30 yrs I ever went threw tbis, n the second time i ever saw her...sick,i don't want to work,taking her laziness out on others,pityfull post office worker,an she should be reprimanded...or take a class on how to be an appropriate worker.a discrace to the office.
I am glad to go and drive extra 5 kilometres away from the one next door to me to be serviced by teh area's best post office.
Good and friendly service, my only complaint is that they lost my mail that was very critical and now I have to pay late fees and/or set up court dates due to the Post Office's error... so you can understand I am a little frustrated by the situation.
