Disabled one of our clients heater tapes in the dead of winter this past season. Never even attempted to do what was asked of him, which was a simple 10 minute job. He wanted to replace the entire double looped heater cord for hundreds of dollars. The next day the pipes froze over...Fortunately none of the pipes were broken. I sent another company after verifying that the water heater pipes were frozen and they had the system fixed, including unfreezing the pipes, in 30 mins for less then $120.00
