My MKZ electronics were going crazy. I had gone to a dealer in EGG Harbor NJ and was told I could not get an appointment for 7 days and that it will be a fishing expedition to figure it out. I called Bergey's where I had purchased the 2015 this year and was told they could take me tomorrow and they would provide me with a loaner. Chuck B was my service consultant and told me what the problem probably was and he was right. They provided me with a free state inspection less the emissions test fee and I felt their pricing was very competitive especially on the 2 tires and battery I needed after 50,000 miles of driving. I give them a AAA rating.

Bergey's is without a doubt a very well run dealership. the people employed are extremely nice and make you feel like you are the most important person each and every time you walk into the showroom or service department. From the sales team including Alex, who assisted my wife and I on our 2014 MKZ, to Brian in service, they are all amazing people.
Our experience with Bergey's was fantastic. We felt literally right at home in their small, simple, and effective showroom. Two cars…a few desks….a few sales people….done. However, they had the largest inventory of used and new MKZ's (the nicest car for the value) of all the places we visited, we had the largest selection to choose from. We’ve been to larger, flashier places, but none of them felt truly like home as Bergey's did. It added to our comfort level immediately. My guess is that their showroom has been around for many decades, has seen many generations of repeat customers through their doors, and the lack of overpriced glitz has suited them and their customers well by keeping costs from escalating to ridiculous levels. It impressed us, because it spoke of simplicity, honesty and integrity. We were happy to give them our business.
Being that we were almost 4 hours away, I did all my negotiating w/ Russ Hogg over the phone and he was very, kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. The next day after we got home we realized that the key fobs did not have the key blades in them like they were supposed to have so I called him and he had two made and had them next day aired to me. He went above and beyond for us and in our opinions we think that he and his dealership are above standard. We appreciate everything and would recommend this dealership to everyone.
I hit a curb on a Sunday night and damaged my tire and I needed to leave for a business trip Monday by noon. I called the service department Monday morning and they assured me they could get it fixed in time for me to leave. I took my car up to the service department and they quickly changed my tire and got me back on the road again in no time. It's great to know that I can count on Bergey's Lincoln to take care of my car. I won't go anywhere else for service.
